Our team is here to support our members and communities impacted by the bushfire emergency in the region. Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our members and staff, and their loved ones, as catastrophic bushfires and weather impact our communities. Our thoughts and ongoing support are with those impacted.

If you need financial assistance, please contact us as soon as it is safe to do so.

Our team are available to support you over the phone this weekend. Call 1800 MY GMCU (1800 694 628) between 10am and 4pm this Saturday 10 December and Sunday 11 December.

If you call outside these hours, you can leave a message, and we can call you back when our team are available.

Accessing your money

For the safety of our staff and members, our Kilmore, Seymour and Euroa branches are closed as of 3pm Friday 9 January.

Wherever possible, please use our digital banking tools to manage your money – internet banking, the GMCU App and digital cards are safe and secure and readily available to all members. Our team can assist over the phone to get these set up for you.

Government support

The Victorian government has also activated personal hardship payment processes.

For more information on how to access these payments, as well as where to find relief centres in Victoria, road closures, and support resources, click here:

Reminder to access fire emergency information through official channels, following reports of scam applications circulating that ask for card details.
